摘要
关注高职院校体育教师专业发展,对于体育师资队伍的建设极其有利,同时也能够推动高职院校体育教育的转型,使体育教学的内容变得更加丰富,并具有高度的内涵。基于此,该文采用文献资料法等,以高职教师的专业发展内容为切入点,研究高职院校体育教师专业发展面临的现实困境,从而制定有效的应对策略,旨在为助力体育教师专业发展的同时,推动高职体育课程教学质量水平得到不断提高。
Paying attention to the professional development of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges is extremely beneficial to the construction of PE teachers.At the same time,it can also promote the transformation of PE in higher vocational colleges and make the content of PE teaching richer and have a high connotation.Based on this,this paper adopts the method of literature and materials,takes the professional development content of higher vocational teachers as the starting point,studies the practical difficulties faced by the professional development of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges,so as to formulate effective countermeasures,aiming to promote the continuous growth of the teaching quality level of higher vocational PE courses while helping the professional development of PE teachers.
