摘要
在总结“一河(湖)一策”上一轮方案实施完成情况的基础上,结合当前工作实际,开展新一阶段“一河(湖)一策”方案的修编工作十分必要。通过对墨脱县某河流“一河一策”实施方案进行后评估,制定了墨脱县“一河(湖)一策”实施方案修编原则,并提出方案修编的几点建议,可为实施方案修编工作进行科学指导。
On the basis of summarizing the implementation effect of the last round implementation scheme of"one river(lake),one strategy",combined with the current actual situation,it is very necessary to start the revision of the implementation scheme of"one river(lake),one strategy"in a new stage.Based on the post evaluation of the implementation scheme of"one river(lake),one strategy"for specific river in Motuo County,the principles of revising the implementation scheme of"one river(lake),one strategy"in Motuo County are formulated,and some suggestions on Revising the scheme are put forward.
