摘要
近年来, 免疫系统在组织再生过程中的调节作用愈发受到重视, 但其具体机制仍未完全阐明。组织再生需要平衡的免疫反应, 尤其是巨噬细胞(MΦ)的极化平衡, 以构建有利于组织再生的局部微环境。该综述总结了MΦ在组织再生性修复中的关键作用, 包括清除细胞碎片、调控干细胞或前体细胞的增殖分化, 促进血管生成等, 并介绍MΦ在干细胞疗法及组织工程技术中的实际应用, 以期为深入探寻免疫细胞对干细胞微环境的影响及基于干细胞的组织工程与再生医学进一步的临床转换提供参考。
The regulatory effect of the immune system during tissue regeneration is gaining more and more attention,yet the underlying mechanisms remain unclear.Tissue regeneration requires a balanced immune response,especially the balanced polarization of macrophages(MΦ),to induce a conducive local microenvironment for tissue regeneration.In this review,the crucial effects of MΦin tissue regeneration are summarized,including the elimination of cell debris,regulation of stem cell proliferation and differentiation,promotion of angiogenesi.In addition,the practical applications of MΦin stem cell therapy and tissue engineering are introduced,in the hope of providing references for further exploration of the effect of immune cells on the stem cell niche,as well as the clinical translation of stem cell-based tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
