基于FRAM的复合材料适航维修人为因素分析

摘要 复合材料适航维修中的人为因素控制对于减少维修差错,保证维修质量等具有重要意义。针对复合材料胶接挖补修理,提出基于功能共振的复合材料适航维修人为因素建模方法。首先分析了复合材料胶接挖补修理工艺过程及其“人-机-环”系统;然后利用FRAM方法构建了复合材料适航维修人为因素分析的功能网络模型,定义描述了各个功能模块,识别了各功能模块可能的变化,基于功能变化的可能性提取了典型的系统失效模式,最后提出了针对性控制措施。研究结果表明,基于FRAM的人为因素分析模型揭示了复合材料适航维修系统中的人、技术和环境因素的耦合、交互作用,可为维修差错控制提供支撑。 Human factors control in airworthiness maintenance of composite materials is of great significance to reduce maintenance errors and ensure maintenance quality.A method of artificial factor modeling for airworthiness maintenance of composite materials was proposed based on functional resonance.Firstly,the technological process of scarf patch repair of composite materials,as well as the "human-machine-environment" system,was analyzed.Then,the FRAM method was used to construct a functional network model for human factor analysis in airworthiness maintenance.Each functional module was defined and described.The possible changes of each functional module were identified and the typical system failure modes were found out based on the possibility of functional changes.Finally,effective control measures were proposed.The research shows that analysis model of human factor based on FRAM reveals the coupling and interaction of man,technology and environment in the maintenance system,which can provide reference for the maintenance error control.
