摘要
为确定某型发射车调平起竖装置机械损伤检测的重点部位,开展了承力部件的有限元应力分析实验。对调平油缸和起竖承力耳座的受力进行了分析,作为有限元仿真的力学输入,建立了三维结构模型,导入ANSYS仿真软件,进行了调平起竖过程的有限元仿真。结果表明,调平油缸内侧、承力耳座圆孔、底座与肋板相接处为应力集中区,应重点进行损伤检测。
In order to determine the key parts of the mechanical damage detection of leveling and erecting device of a missile launch vehicle,the finite element stress analysis experiment of loadbearing parts is carried out.The forces of the leveling cylinder and the lifting load bearing lug base are analyzed and used as the mechanical input of the finite element simulation.The three-dimensional structural model is established and imported into the ANSYS simulation software to carry out the finite element simulation of the leveling and lifting process.The results show that the inner side of the level⁃ing cylinder,the circular hole of the load bearing lug and the connection between the base and the rib plate are the stress concentration areas,which should be focused on damage detection.
