摘要
目的:探析早期康复护理在改善脑出血术后生活质量方面的应用效果。方法:2019年1月至2020年1月,将110例脑出血术后患者分为两组,对照组行术后常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行早期康复护理,对两组神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分、焦虑和抑郁评分及肢体功能评分进行观察和对比。结果:干预后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组Barthel指数高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组肢体功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复护理对于改善脑出血患者的神经缺损情况,改善患者的运动功能,并且有效改善患者的日常生活能力,减轻患者伴有的焦虑和抑郁情绪,并且得到患者的高度认可,具有较好的应用价值,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation care in improving postoperative quality of life after intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,110 postoperative patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups,the control group underwent routine postoperative care,the observation group was in the control group basic ascending early rehabilitation care,the two groups neurological deficit scores,daily living ability scores,anxiety and depression scores and limb function scores were observed and compared.Results:The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The Barthel index was higher in the observation group after intervention than in the control group(P<0.05).The limb function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Early rehabilitation care is important for improving the situation of neurological deficits in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,improving the limb function of patients,and is effective in improving the daily living ability of patients,reducing the anxiety and depression that accompany the patients,and is highly recognized by the patients,has better application value,and deserves to be promoted.
