摘要
建筑是城市化进程中实现社会公平的重要载体,空间矛盾与斗争加剧了阶层分化。在解决城市及建筑空间问题时,建筑师可以通过空间正义理论化解空间中的价值对立与权利剥夺。通过对沈阳东贸库改造项目引发的“空间正义”的剖析,从建筑空间的价值伦理、技术伦理到其体现的社会结构与立场进行分析,探讨如何实现城市空间的使用权利平等与资源分配均衡,化解空间断层与文化割裂。
Architecture is an important vehicle for achieving social equity in the urbanization process.Spatial contradiction and conflict exacerbate class divisions.Through the renovation design of Shenyang Dongmaoku Warehouses,this paper analyzes how architects use space justice theories to solve the value contrary and right deprivation in space,and discusses the approaches to realize the equal rights in space utilization and the balanced allocation of resources,from the perspectives of value and technology ethics to the social framework and standpoints revealed by architectural space.
