摘要
京、沪、深是我国科技创新资源相对比较集中的三个城市,也是我国实施创新驱动发展战略、实现科技自立自强的重要力量,在国家科技创新体系建设中发挥着重要作用。为综合比较京沪深三地科技创新情况,本文尝试利用5年的相关数据,从科技创新资源、科技创新产出和科技创新辐射三个方面对京沪深三大科技创新中心进行比较分析,以了解京沪深三地在科技资源禀赋上的差异。在此基础上,对北京建设具有全球影响力的科技创新中心提出相关对策,从而推动北京科技创新中心建设再上新台阶。
Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen are three cities with relatively concentrated scientific and technological innovation resources in China.They are important forces for China to implement the innovation driven development strategy and realize scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement.They play an important role in the construction of the national scientific and technological innovation system.In order to comprehensively compare the scientific and technological innovation of Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen,this paper attempts to use the relevant data of five years to compare and analyze the three major scientific and technological innovation centers of Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen from three aspects:scientific and technological innovation resources,scientific and technological innovation output and scientific and technological innovation radiation,so as to understand the differences in scientific and technological resource endowments of Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen.On this basis, this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures for Beijing to build a science and technology innovation center with global influence,so as to promote the construction of Beijing Science and technology innovation center to a new level.
