摘要
本文介绍了全钢硫化工序设备本质安全的技术改造及管理升级。通过改善设备安全性能,从根本上降低事故发生的可能性、减轻事故发生后的伤害程度,从而强化硫化工序操作、维保人员的人身安全保障。在提升设备本质安全的同时提高整体设备管理水平。
This paper introduces the safety technology transformation and management upgrade of the all-steel vulcanization process equipment.By improving the safety performance of the equipment,the possibility of accidents was fundamentally reduced,and the degree of injury after the accident was reduced,thereby strengthening the personal safety protection of the vulcanization process operation and maintenance personnel.Ultimately,it can improve the overall equipment management level while improving the intrinsic safety of the equipment.
