摘要
探析黄河清教授化裁运用桑菊饮的经验特色,通过典型病案,见微知著,体悟该方之妙用。黄河清教授认为:桑菊饮的基本病机是风热犯肺证;运用桑菊饮应符合“治上焦如羽,非清不举”治则,并注重桑菊饮方灵活加减法,所举三则验案,以桑菊饮加减分别治疗扁桃体炎、肺癌咳嗽及喉喑,疗效显著。
To explore the empirical characteristics of Professor Huang Heqing’s use of Sangju Yin, through the typical medical records, we can see the subtle knowledge and understand the wonderful function of this prescription. Professor Huang Heqing believes that the basic disease mechanism of Sangju Yin is wind-heat affecting lung;the use of Sangju Yin should conform to the treatment principle of "treating the upper Jiao like a feather, not light do not lift up", and pay attention to the flexible addition and subtraction of Sangju Yin. In the three cases mentioned above, Sangju Yin was used to treat tonsillitis, lung cancer cough and laryngeal silence respectively, with remarkable curative effect.
