摘要
目的 分析综合护理干预对老年高血压患者血压水平及遵医行为的影响。方法 将2019年10月—2020年10月厦门市福利中心松柏医院接诊的100例老年高血压患者纳入研究,随机分为对照组、观察组,实施常规护理、综合护理干预。分析对患者血压水平及遵医行为的影响。结果 干预后,2组患者血压水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组按时服药、监测血压、定期复查、控制饮食、坚持锻炼患者比率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组ESCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对老年高血压患者实施综合护理干预,可有效控制血压水平,提高遵医行为,减少并发症发生。
Objective Analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the blood pressure level and compliance behavior of elderly hypertensive patients. Methods From October 2019 to October 2020,100 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital were included in the study and randomly divided into control group and observation group,and they were implemented conventional nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention respectively.To analyze the impact on patients’ blood pressure level and compliance behavior.Results After the intervention,the blood pressure levels of the two groups of patients decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the observation group took medicines on time,monitored blood pressure,regularly rechecked,controlled their diet,and exercised more patients than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.00% lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the ESCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions for elderly hypertensive patients can effectively control blood pressure levels,improve compliance behavior,and reduce complications.
