摘要
煤气化装置黑水、灰水系统中富含的悬浮物及钙、镁、硅等离子,会导致设备及管道出现结垢问题,这已成为装置安全稳定运行的“瓶颈”。通过对水煤浆气化水系统结垢现状进行调研,统计分析了煤气化装置激冷水、黑水及灰水系统的重点结垢部位、结垢成因及主要影响因素,分别从煤质优化、水质控制、药剂使用、材质优选、工业运行优化、除垢技术等方面,提出了缓解煤气化水系统结垢的控制措施,为水煤浆气化装置的安全、稳定运行提供借鉴。
Equipment and pipelines in the Coal Gasification Unit are vulnerable to scaling due to rich suspending solids and calcium,magnesium,silicon ions entrained in its blackwater and graywater systems.This has become a “bottleneck” for the safe and stable operation of the Unit.Through investigations into present coal slurry gasification water systems,and statistical analysis of the main scaling parts,causes and key factors in the quench water,blackwater and graywater systems of the Coal Gasification Unit,the paper puts forward control measures to alleviate the scaling of the water systems from the aspects of coal quality optimization,water quality control,dosing,material optimization,industrial operation improvement,and descaling technologies,respectively,thus providing a reference for the safe and stable operation of coal slurry gasification units.
