突然事件下农产品电商供应链“圈链”协同机制 被引量:1

摘要 农产品的易腐性、分散性等特点对农产品电商提出较高协同管理要求,通过参与主体协同运作,能有效消减节点矛盾和链条损耗,提升各主体协同应对突发事件能力。此次突发的疫情暴露出农产品电商供应链在应对突发事件中标准化、信息化、数字化等方面存在不足,表现在应对风险能力弱、链条标准化程度低、供应圈结构衔接不顺畅等。借助生态设计理念把传统农产品供应链单程经济转化为循环经济,构建“供应链+生态”的电商运作协同模式。基于系统协同理论,从标准协同、目标协同、资源协同和组织协同角度构建农产品电商标准化、信息化、数字化、智能化的“供应链+生态”协同应急响应闭环生态圈,实现各节点全方位联防联控,以提升农产品供应链应急反应能力。 The perishable and delentralized of agricultural products leads to the higher requirement of collaborative management of enterprises in each node of the supply chains of e-commerce suppliers.The collaborative operation of the supply chains and the ecological circle can effectively reduce the node contradiction and the chain loss,and enhance the ability of each subject to cope with the emergency.The outbreak of recent pandemic has exposed the inadequacy of the supply chains of agricultural products e-commerce in terms of standardization,information and digitization in dealing with emergencies.With the help of ecological design,the traditional agricultural products supply chains one-way economy is transformed into circular economy,and the e-commerce operation coordination mode of"supply chains+ecology"is constructed.Therefore,based on the theory of system synergy,from the perspectives of standard coordination,target coordination,resource coordination and organization coordination,this paper constructs a closed-loop ecosystem of“Supply chains+Ecosphere”collaborative emergency response for agricultural products e-commerce standardization,information,digitalization and intelligence,to improve the overall competitiveness of the agricultural products supply chain.
