摘要
以φ400mm大型活塞中凸变椭圆铝活塞裙部轮廓曲线加工时的数据处理为研究对象,应用最小二乘法曲线拟合及一次椭圆、二次椭圆、偏心计算等公式对其进行型面分析,通过建立数学模型,求出活塞裙部各截面相应各点刀具的运动轨迹,以PTC(活塞数控车削系统)的椭圆机床进行实际加工,获得了较为理想的加工结果。
In this paper,the data processing ofΦ400mm large-sized Piston Skirt Contour curve is studied,the curve fitting and the formulas of primary ellipse,secondary ellipse and eccentricity are used to analyze the profile of the piston skirt,and the cutter path of each section of the Piston skirt is obtained by establishing a mathematical model,the Ellipse Machine Tool of PTC(piston numerical control turning system)is used for practical machining,and the ideal machining result is obtained.
