摘要
奶牛代谢产物的变化可以直接反映其体内各种生命活动的变化,利用代谢组学技术能够清晰并且直观地表征奶牛在不同生理状态下的全局代谢变化。代谢组学自2008年首次应用于奶牛后,其在奶牛的生殖生理研究、营养生理学研究、胴体品质和牛奶质量、预测饲料效率、疾病检测的生物标记开发等方面的文献不断出现。本文通过综述代谢组学在奶牛疾病、营养、繁殖育种和生产管理几个方面的应用,旨在为进一步利用代谢组学开展奶牛的重要经济性状基础研究提供参考。
The changes of metabolites of dairy cows can directly reflect the changes of various life activities in their bodies.Metabolomics technology can clearly and intuitively characterize the global metabolic changes of dairy cows in different physiological states.Since metabolomics was first applied to dairy cows in 2008,it has been reported successively in the literature on dairy cow reproductive physiology,nutritional physiology,carcass quality and milk quality,predicting feed efficiency,and biomarker development for disease detection.This article reviews the applications of metabolomics in dairy cow diseases,nutrition,breeding and production management,and aims to provide a reference for further use of metabolomics to carry out basic research on important economic traits of dairy cows.
