摘要
【目的】通过对矮秆材料株高的遗传分析,了解矮秆遗传特性,为后面深入研究基因定位奠定基础。【方法】通过将白玉米矮生材料8227自交系与8009和8087自交系组配正反交组合6世代(P_(1)、P_(2)、F_(1)、B_(1)、B_(2)和F_(2)),分别在雅安、新津、自贡一年三点多环境种植,采用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型,以探明白玉米矮生材料8227的株高遗传。【结果】表明矮秆株高符合主基因+多基因混合遗传模式,4个组合8227×8009、8009×8227、8227×8087和8087×8227在新津点的株高分别符合D、E-1、D和D-3模型;在雅安点其组合株高分别符合E-1、D、E和D模型;在自贡点,4个组合的株高分别符合E、E-1、D和E-3模型。在自贡点分别符合E、E-1、D和E-3模型。【结论】该矮秆玉米株高至少有一对到两对主效基因和微效基因控制,此外还应考虑到母体效应的影响,以便对株高性状的遗传做出正确的分析。在对该性状进行遗传分析时,应注意对材料和环境的选择。
【Objective】Through the genetic analysis of the high profile of the dwarf rod material,this paper aims to understand the genetic characteristics of the dwarf rod are understood,which lays the foundation for further study of gene positioning. 【Method】In order to explore the heredity of plant height of dwarf material 8227 of white maize,the corn dwarf material 8227 inbred lines with 8009 and 8087 inbred lines for 6 generations(P_(1)、P_(2)、F_(1)、B_(1)、B_(2)and F_(2))were planted in Ya′an,Xinjin and Zigong,more than three environmental plangting a year,respectively,using the main grne plus multigene hybrid genetic model.【Result】The results showed that the dwarf rod strain was high in line with the main gene and multigene hybrid genetic model,8227×8009,8009×8227,8227×8087 and 8087×8227 In Ya′an point in line with E-1,D,E and D;E,E-1,D and E-3 are in accordance with the self-tribute points,respectively. 【Conclusion】The dwarf corn strain is high with at least one to two pairs of primary and microeffect gene control,and the influence of maternal effect should also be taken into account in order to make a correct analysis of the genetics of the high-natured strain. When carrying out genetic analysis of this condition,attention should be paid to the selection of materials and environment.
