摘要
将分切机分切后的卷烟纸盘纸分别储存在东北冬天的室外低温环境,和模拟南方卷烟厂生产现场高温高湿环境中,一段时间后,测量卷烟纸盘纸的内/外径,并对比其变化情况,考察东北冬天生产的卷烟纸盘纸被运到南方卷烟厂后,是否因温湿度不同而造成盘纸内芯(塑料芯)/缠绕在内芯外壁上的卷烟纸盘纸带会出现热胀冷缩的物理现象,造成卷烟盘纸内/外径发生变化,进而导致卷烟机卷烟时产生卷烟盘纸摆动(抖动)的现象。
After slit from the slitter,the inner and outer diameter data was measured and compared to find the change,that is the change of inner and outer diameter of cigarette paper in the outdoor low temperature environment in northeast China in winter and simulating the high temperature and high humidity environment in the production site of a cigarette factory in South China for a certain period of time,to verify if the physical phenomenon of heat bilges cold shrink on the paper wrapped on the inner core was shipped to the south in the winter of cigarette factories in northeast China because of the change of temperature and humidity on the inner/outer diameter,and finally resulted in the shake of cigarette paper on the cigarette machine.
