摘要
IPTV作为电信、计算机、有线电视三网融合的集中体现,带来了“形态融合”的媒介生态变化形式,IPTV的飞速发展间接推动电视成为继PC、手机以后的世界三大屏幕之一,成为了生态建设新场景的重要组成部分。通过将IPTV与OTT从传播特点、传播途径等体系架构角度进行对比分析,对我国IPTV的发展现状与应用情况进行了简要介绍,并结合我国目前的相关政策对IPTV未来发展提出建议。
IPTV,as the concentrated embodiment of the convergence of telecom,computer and cable TV,has brought about the media ecological change form of"morphological convergence".Its rapid development indirectly promotes TV to become one of the three screens in the world after PC and mobile phone,and becomes an important part of the new scene of ecological construction.Through the comparative analysis of IPTV and OTT from the perspectives of communication characteristics and communication channels,the development status and application of IPTV in China are briefly introduced,and the suggestions for the future development of IPTV based on relevant policies in China are put forward.
