长链非编码RNA与DNA形成三链结构发挥调控作用的研究进展

摘要 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸的非编码RNA,通常可以作为一种支架促进多种蛋白质、RNA和DNA相互作用。其中,有些lncRNA可以通过Hoogsteen碱基配对直接与富含嘌呤的DNA结合,形成RNA-DNA三链结构来发挥生物学功能,如调控多种疾病的发生与发展。本文介绍了能够预测RNA-DNA三链结构的一些工具(如Long-Target、Triplexator、TDF、Triplex、Triplex-Inspector),同时重点概述了lncRNA与DNA形成的RNA-DNA三链结构在疾病发生与发展过程中的具体作用机制,以期为多种疾病的研究与治疗提供新思路及见解。 Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) is a class of non-coding RNA with a length of more than 200 nucleotides.It can usually be used as a scaffold to facilitate interactions between various proteins,RNA and DNA.Some lncRNAs can directly combine with purine-rich DNA through Hoogsteen base pairing to form RNA-DNA triple helix structure to perform biological functions,such as regulating the occurrence and development of various diseases.This review introduces some tools that can predict RNA-DNA triple helix structures in detail(such as Long-Target,Triplexator,TDF,Triplex,Triples-Inspector).Meanwhile,the specific mechanism of RNA-DNA triple helix structures formed by lncRNA and DNA in the occurrence and development of diseases was emphatically summarized,which is expected to provide new ideas and insights for the research and treatment of various diseases.
