现代学徒制模式培养IT管理型专业人才的研究与实践

摘要 基于IT企业紧缺管理型专业人才,职业院校无法单独培养的现实问题,湖北国土资源职业学院与北京大有时代软件技术有限公司合作,通过现代学徒制试点建设,形成了“一机制四体系”的整体解决方案,培养了一批企业急需的人才,形成了一个可推广的现代学徒制人才培养模式。
