摘要
为探究非工作时间工作连通与幼儿园教师的边界控制感、组织支持感及工作满意度的关系及其内在作用逻辑,本研究采用目的抽样法,对5所幼儿园的310名幼儿园教师开展了线上问卷调查。对调查结果进行分析发现,幼儿园教师的非工作时间工作连通行为负向预测其工作满意度;幼儿园教师的边界控制感在非工作时间工作连通行为对其工作满意度的影响中起中介作用;幼儿园教师的组织支持感负向调节了非工作时间工作连通行为对其边界控制感的影响。基于此,研究者对幼儿园教师、幼儿园和家长提出了相应的建议。
Using focal sampling method,this study investigated 310 kindergarten teachers from 5 kindergartens to explore the relationship between teachers’job satisfaction and their work connectivity after-hours,border control,and organizational support.It also explores its effect on the inner logic.Analysis of the results indicates that teachers’work connectivity after-hours negatively predicts their job satisfaction;teachers’boundary control plays a mediating role in the effect of job connectivity on job satisfaction;teachers’perceived organizational support negatively moderates the effect of non-working hour connectivity on perceived boundary control.The researchers put forward some suggestions for teachers,kindergartens,and parents.
