摘要
近年来,掘进机集成一体化技术已成为行业研究热点。介绍了一种机载式前探钻机的结构、钻探范围以及存在的问题;针对前探钻机处于不同极限位姿时的应力、挠度进行仿真分析,一方面确保了结构强度的可靠性,另一方面总结了钻机随着位姿变化的挠度变化规律;最后根据挠度变化规律制定了钻机不同位姿下的进给力施加策略,形成了机载式前探钻机的控制策略,保障了钻探作业的稳定性与施工效率。
In recent years, the integration technology of roadheader has become a research hotspot in the industry. The structure, drilling range and existing problems of an airborne forward drilling rig are introduced;the stress and deflection of the forward drilling rig in different limit positions are simulated and analyzed, on the one hand, the reliability of structural strength is ensured, on the other hand, the deflection variation law of the drilling rig with the change of position and attitude is summarized;finally, according to the strain law, the feed force application strategy of different positions of the drill rig is worked out, and the control strategy of the awesome drilling rig is formed, which ensures the stability and efficiency of the drilling operation.
