带式输送机用无动力气流除尘装置数值模拟与实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 散料输送过程中产生的粉尘危害极大,针对散料输送系统转载点处的粉尘浓度过高问题,研发了一种应用于带式输送机转载点的无动力气流除尘装置。并基于FLUENT,运用数值模拟并采取实验研究,对不同导料槽长度和不同带速下的除尘效果进行分析和比较,研究结果表明,该除尘装置结构合理,可应用于工业现场,其除尘效果随着导料槽长度的加长和带速的提高而提升。 The dust produced in the bulk conveying process is extremely harmful. In view of the problem of high dust concentration at the transfer point of dry bulk handling system, an unpowered airflow dust removal device applied to the transfer point of belt conveyor was developed. Based on FLUENT, numerical simulation and experimental study are used to analyze and compare the dust removal effects of different gathering sill lengths and different belt speeds. The results show that the structure of the dust removal device is reasonable and can be applied in industrial field. The dust removal effect is improved with the lengthening of the gathering sill length and the increasing of the belt speed.
