摘要 传统的煤炭自燃监测系统难以应对煤炭开采过程中复杂的环境变化,预警结果准确度低,为解决这一问题,选用多传感器信息融合技术对煤炭自燃现象进行安全预警。对多传感器安全预警系统结构进行整体设计,根据煤炭自燃过程中气体体积的变化分析可以表征煤炭自燃发展过程的预警指标,将煤炭自燃分为7个阶段,分析各个阶段的特征,确定监测目标与传感器类型,并对各个传感器的测量电路进行设计。最后采用仿真的形式将传感器节点距离确定为8 m,此时节点重复率低,报警时间长。 The traditional coal spontaneous combustion monitoring system is difficult to deal with the complex environmental changes in the coal mining process, and the accuracy of the early warning results is low. In order to solve this problem, multi-sensor information fusion technology is used to provide safe early warning of coal spontaneous combustion. The overall design of the multi-sensor safety early warning system structure is based on the analysis of the change in gas volume during the coal spontaneous combustion process to characterize the early warning indicators of the coal spontaneous combustion development process. The coal spontaneous combustion is divided into 7 stages, and the characteristics of each stage are analyzed to determine the monitoring target and sensor type, and design the measuring circuit of each sensor. Finally, the distance of the sensor node is determined to be8 m in the form of simulation. At this time, the node repetition rate is low and the alarm time is long.
