“两软一硬”煤层抬顶煤大坡度巷道施工技术研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对26沿空留巷回风联巷是贯穿26采面与底抽巷的联络巷,由煤巷进入岩巷,需要进行抬煤施工,同时根据巷道位置关系,要以+42.5°大坡度进行施工,如何解决抬顶煤大坡度施工的问题,采用分段施工以及搭设临时平台,采取大坡度施工防滚矸措施后,并以岩段采用“高强锚杆+锚杆+钢筋网+喷浆”,抬煤段采用“36U型可缩性支架+钢网+喷浆”分段支护方式,来解决该问题。该项目的成功应用表明能够在“两软一硬”的煤层下进行抬顶煤施工大坡度巷道。也为其他矿井在需要抬煤的情况下施工大坡度巷道提供技术与理论指导。 In view of 26 gob side entry retaining and return air roadway is a connecting roadway running through 26 mining face and bottom drainage roadway. When entering rock roadway from coal roadway, it needs to carry out coal lifting construction. At the same time, according to the roadway location relationship, it needs to take +42.5°. In order to solve the problem of large slope construction of lifting top coal, it is necessary to adopt subsection construction and set up temporary platform, adopt anti rolling gangue measures for large slope construction, and adopt "high strength anchor +anchor +steel mesh +shotcreting" subsection support mode in rock section and "36U type retractable support +steel mesh +shotcreting" subsection support mode in coal lifting section to solve the problem. The successful application of the project shows that it is able to carry out the construction of large slope roadway under the "two soft and one hard" coal seam. It also provides technical and theoretical guidance for the construction of large slope roadway in other mines.
