干垃圾筛分过程空气监测因子分布及其相关性分析

摘要 针对干垃圾筛分工程现场,进行空气监测因子在线监测,全面了解干垃圾筛分过程中污染因子(PM_(2.5)、甲醛和总挥发性有机物TVOCs)和环境因子(温度和湿度)的情况及其相互关系。结果表明:2020年10月12日至2021年2月7日,PM_(2.5)主要为0~60μg/m^(3),但有3 d超过GB 3095—2012环境空气质量标准二级要求,存在颗粒污染问题。CO_(2)、TVOCs、温度、湿度和甲醛分别为400~650 mg/m^(3)、0.15~0.75 mg/m^(3)、6~25℃、44%~89%和9~61 mg/m^(3),满足GBZ 2.1—2019工作场所有害因素职业接触限值对工作场所内空气质量的要求。TVOCs和其他影响因子相关性为CO_(2)>甲醛>温度>湿度>PM_(2.5)。 Aiming at the dry waste screening project site,the air monitoring factors were monitored online to comprehensively understand the situation of pollution factors(PM_(2.5)),formaldehyde and total volatile organic compounds(TVOCs)and environmental factors(temperature and humidity)in the process of dry waste screening and their relationship.The result indicated that from October 12,2020 to February 7,2021,the concentration of PM_(2.5) was 0~60μg/m^(3),but exceeded the second-level requirements of the GB 3095—2012 Ambient Air Quality Standard for 3 days,resulted in a particle pollution problem.The concentrations of CO_(2),TVOCs,temperature,humidity and formaldehyde were 400~650 mg/m^(3),0.15~0.75 mg/m^(3),6~25℃,44%~89% and 9~61 mg/m^(3) respectively,which met the requirements of air quality requirements in the workplace in GBZ 2.1—2019 Occupational Exposure Limits for Hazardous Agents in the Workplace.The correlation between TVOCs and other influencing parameters was CO_(2)>HCHO>temperature>humidity>PM_(2.5).
