摘要
目的:观察岐黄针治疗重度带状疱疹性神经痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年12月南宁市第一人民医院住院治疗的患者64例,采用随机数字表法随机分为两组,各32例。对照组采用中西医结合药物疗法,岐黄针组在对照组基础上联合岐黄针治疗。对比两组患者治疗总有效率、视觉模拟(VAS)评分和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:岐黄针组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,岐黄针组VAS评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,岐黄针组VAS评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组PSQI指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,岐黄针组PSQI指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:岐黄针联合中西药内服治疗带状疱疹性神经痛疗效好,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qihuang needle in the treatment of severe herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods: A total of 64 patients who were hospitalized for treatment in the First People’s Hospital of Nanning from June 2019 toDecember 2020 were selected. According to random number table method, patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 32cases in each group. The control group was given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, and Qihuanggroup was given Qihuang needle on the basis of control group. The total effective rate, visual analogue scale(VAS) score andPittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) score were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of Qihuangneedle group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, theVAS score of Qihuang needle group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the VAS score of Qihuang needle group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in PSQI score between the two groups(P>0.05);aftertreatment, the PSQI score of Qihuang needle group was lower than that of control group, and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.01). Conclusion: Qihuang needle combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment ofherpes zoster neuralgia is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
