摘要
针对清管器跟踪定位设备无法实时连续跟踪的问题,将与油气管道伴行的通信光缆作为振动传感器,接入分布式光纤测振系统,实现清管器工作过程中的跟踪定位。清管器经过管道焊接缝隙时会发生撞击产生强烈振动波,通过采集和识别此种特殊的振动信号,经过时域和空域的分析,实现清管器实时跟踪定位。现场实验证明该技术可以有效进行清管器的实时跟踪定位,具有很高的工程应用价值。
In view of the problem that the pipeline pig tracking and positioning equipment can not track continuously in real time,the communication optical cable associated with the oil and gas pipelines is used as the vibration sensor and connected to the distributed optic-fiber vibration measurement system to realize the tracking and positioning during the operation of the pipeline pig.When the pipeline pig passes through the welding gap of the pipe,it will occur an impact and produce a strong vibration wave.By collecting and identifying this special vibration signal,the real-time tracking and positioning of the pipeline pig is realized through the time domain and airspace analysis.Field experiments prove that this technology can effectively conduct real-time tracking and positioning of pipeline pig,and has high engineering application value.
