摘要
为了减少铸流电磁搅拌非周期下线或故障停机等问题,对搅拌辊在使用过程中出现的断螺栓、绝缘电阻低、漏水等问题进行分析并提出解决方法。通过跟进用户使用过程中出现的问题并进行维修,搅拌辊的非周期下线率由原来的90%降低到12%,减少了因为搅拌辊故障引起的停机问题,降低了搅拌辊的更换频率。
In order to reduce the problems of non-periodic downline or fault shutdown of casting flow electromagnetic stirring device,the problems such as broken bolt,low insulation resistance and water leakage in the process of using the stirring roller were analyzed and the solutions were put forward.By following up the problems occurred in operation and maintenance,the periodic off-line rate of agitator rollers was reduced from 90%to 12%,and the downtime caused by the failure of the mixing roller and frequency of the replacement of the mixing roller was reduced at the meanwhile.
