摘要
萧绍平原萧山片(简称萧山平原)隶属于萧绍平原,是浙江省经济社会发达地区,人口密集、产业集中,其经济总量在全省占有举足轻重的地位。为了解萧绍平原萧山片的排涝能力,根据“菲特”台风期间实测数据结合区域地形图,采用水量平衡原理进行水文计算,通过试算得出水文计算模型,通过该模型对萧绍平原萧山片现状排涝能力及3a后排涝能力进行估算。计算表明,萧山主城区及机场片区目前排涝能力满足24h 300mm降雨24h排出不受淹,3a后萧山主城区及机场片区排涝能力满足24h 340mm降雨24h排出不受淹。
Xiaoshan area in Xiaoshan Plain(Xiaoshao Plain for short)belongs to Xiaoshao Plain.It is an economically and socially developed area in Zhejiang Province with dense population and concentrated industries.Its total economic output plays an important role in the whole province.In order to understand the drainage capacity of Xiaoshan Plain,this paper uses the principle of water balance to carry out hydrological calculation based on the measured data during typhoon Fit and the regional topographic map.The hydrological calculation model is obtained by trial calculation.This model is used to estimate the current drainage capacity of the plain and the drainage capacity after three years.The results show that the current drainage capacity of Xiaoshan main city and airport area can satisfy 24h 300mm rainfall for 24h drainage and not flooded.After 3 years,the drainage capacity of Xiaoshan main city and airport area can satisfy 24h 340mm rainfall for 24h drainage and not flooded.
