摘要
目的 分析米非司酮联合米索前列醇对稽留流产的应用效果。方法 103例稽留流产患者,随机分为试验组(51例)和参照组(52例)。试验组采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇进行治疗,参照组采用己烯雌酚进行治疗。比较两组流产效果、流产相关指标、疼痛情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组完全流产率为96.08%,显著高于参照组的84.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组阴道出血量(87.26±3.51)ml少于参照组的(96.43±3.56)ml,腹痛持续时间(2.43±1.43)d、阴道出血时间(5.08±1.26)d、留院观察时间(2.34±0.68)h和月经恢复时间(36.25±2.21)d均短于参照组的(3.45±1.27)d、(6.21±1.27)d、(4.93±0.65)h、(38.31±2.08)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组流产后1、2 h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率5.88%低于参照组的19.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对稽留流产应用米非司酮联合米索前列醇具有理想的效果,患者阴道出血量少、腹痛症状轻,留院观察时间短,且有利于月经尽快恢复正常,是一种更为理想的治疗方案,值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on missed abortion.Methods A total of 103 patients with missed abortion were randomly divided into the experimental group(51 cases) and the reference group(52 cases).The experimental group was treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol,and the control group was treated with diethylstilbestrol.The abortion effect,abortion-related indicators,pain,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The complete abortion rate of the experimental group was 96.08%,which was significantly higher than 84.62% of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of vaginal bleeding(87.26±3.51) ml of the experimental group was less than(96.43±3.56) ml of the reference group,and the duration of abdominal pain(2.43±1.43) d,vaginal bleeding time(5.08±1.26) d,hospital observation time(2.34±0.68) h and menstrual recovery time(36.25±2.21) d were shorter than(3.45±1.27) d,(6.21±1.27) d,(4.93±0.65) h,and(38.31±2.08) d of the reference group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS) scores of the experimental group at 1 and 2 h after abortion were lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 5.88% in the experimental group was lower than 19.23% in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol has ideal effect in the treatment of missed abortion,with less vaginal bleeding,mild abdominal pain,shorter hospital observation time,and it facilitates the recovery of menstruation,which is a more ideal treatment option and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
