摘要
目的探讨鱼腥草芩蓝合剂在儿童上呼吸道急性化脓性扁桃体炎治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月山西医科大学第一医院收治的68例上呼吸道急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(34例)与对照组(34例)。对照组采用常规西医疗法治疗,观察组采用常规西医疗法联合鱼腥草芩蓝合剂治疗,比较两组患儿治疗效果、各项症状缓解时间、炎症因子水平改善情况、不良反应发生率。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率(94.12%)高于对照组(76.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿退热时间、充血消失时间、咽痛缓解时间、脓性分泌物消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后白介素-6(IL-6)、血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对上呼吸道急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿应用鱼腥草芩蓝合剂治疗可显著改善其病情,且治疗安全性较高,此治疗方案值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of Houttuynia Qinlan Mixture in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in the upper respiratory tract in children.Methods A total of 68 children with acute suppurative upper respiratory tonsillitis admitted to the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine therapy,and the observation group was treated with conventional Western medicine therapy combined with Houttuynia Qinlan Mixture.The treatment effect,symptom relief time,improvement of inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(94.12%)was higher than that in the control group(76.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of fever reduction,disappearance of hyperemia,relief of sore throat and disappearance of purulent secretions in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),serum high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Houttuynia Qinlan Mixture can significantly improve the condition of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis of upper respiratory tract,and the safety of the treatment is high,this treatment plan is worth promoting in clinical application.
