摘要
目的探讨数控压力充气泵对脊髓损伤下肢深静脉血栓的预防效果。方法选取2020年8月至2021年8月南昌市洪都中医院收治的120例脊髓损伤患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(60例)和试验组(60例)。对照组采用低分子肝素处理,试验组在对照组的基础上采用数控压力充气泵干预,比较两组的下肢血流速度、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、D二聚体(D-D)水平及下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)与肺栓塞发生率。结果两组干预前的下肢血流速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组干预后的左、右下肢血流速度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预前的APTT、TT、D-D水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组干预后的APTT、TT水平均高于对照组,D-D水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的下肢DVT发生率为1.67%,低于对照组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的肺栓塞发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在脊髓损伤患者中应用数控压力充气泵可提升其下肢血流速度,改善凝血指标,有效控制下肢DVT发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of numerical control pressure air pump on deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremity with spinal cord injury.Methods From August 2020 to August 2021,120 patients with spinal cord injury who were admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(60 cases)and the experimental group(60 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin,and the experimental group was intervened with a numerically controlled pressure air pump based on the control group.The lower extremity blood flow velocity,the levels of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),D-Dimer(D-D),and the incidence of lower extremity DVT and pulmonary embolism were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the lower extremity blood flow velocity between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the blood flow velocity of the left and right lower extremity in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of APTT,TT and D-D between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of APTT and TT in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of D-D in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of lower extremity DVT in the experimental group was 1.67%,which was lower than 15.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of pulmonary embolism between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of numerical control pressure air pump in patients with spinal cord injury can improve the blood flow velocity of lower limbs,imp
