钕铌共掺杂对V-Mo/Ti脱硝催化剂性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过添加助剂可以提高催化剂脱硝活性,因此采用浸渍法,制备了Nd、Nb共掺杂的V-Mo/Ti脱硝催化剂,并采用XRD、N_(2)-吸附脱附、H_(2)-TPR、XPS、NH_(3)-TPD等测试手段对催化剂的物理化学性质进行分析。结果表明:经Nd、Nb改性后的催化剂H_(2)还原峰峰顶温度向低温方向移动,说明加入Nd、Nb后在一定程度上调节了催化剂活性组分的分散程度;V-Mo-Nd-Nb/Ti催化剂的O_(α)含量最高,有利于其脱硝性能;Nd和Nb的共掺杂催化剂的整体脱硝活性要优于V-Mo/Ti催化剂,在210℃下催化剂的脱硝效率能够达到71.8%,还能减少N_(2)O的生成。该催化剂还具备优良的抗SO_(2)、H_(2)O性能,反应28 h后,催化剂的脱硝效率依然能达到93%左右。 The denitrification activity of catalyst can be improved by adding additives.In this paper,the Nd,Nb co-doped V-Mo/Ti De-NO_(x) catalyst was prepared by impregnation method.The physical and chemical properties of the catalyst were analyzed by XRD,N_(2)-adsorption and desorption,H_(2)-TPR,XPS,NH_(3)-TPD.The results showed that the peak temperature of H_(2) reduction of the catalyst modified by Nd and Nb moved to the direction of low temperature,indicating that the addition of Nd and Nb can adjust the dispersion degree of the active components of the catalyst to a certain extent.V-Mo-Nd-Nb/Ti catalyst has the higher O_(α) content,which is beneficial to its denitrification performance.The overall denitrification activity of Nd and Nb co-doped catalyst is better than that of V-Mo/Ti catalyst.The denitrification efficiency of the catalyst can reach 71.8%at 210℃,and the formation of N_(2)O can also be reduced.Moreover,the catalyst also has excellent resistance to SO_(2) and H_(2)O.After 28 h reaction,the denitration efficiency of the catalyst can still reach about 93%.
