摘要
针对口岸经常截获的两种小蠹——赤材小蠹Xyleborus ferrugineus(Fabricius,1801)和四粒方胸小蠹Euwallacea similis(Ferrari,1867)容易混淆的现状,利用扫描电镜技术和超景深叠加拍摄技术比较两种小蠹雌成虫的形态特征,并给出鉴别特征图和标本整体图。结果表明,尽管两种小蠹形态相似,但可以通过前胸背板、鞘翅斜面以及斜面刻点上刚毛的着生位置相区分。
In view of the confusing situation of two xyleborine ambrosia beetles which often intercepted,Xyleborus ferrugineus(Fabricius,1801)and Euwallacea similis(Ferrari,1867),morphological characteristics of female adults of Xyleborus ferrugineus and Euwallacea similis were compared by scanning electron microscope and super-depth-of field stacking technology,and the identification feature and the overall photograph of the specimen were given.The results showed that although Xyleborus ferrugineus and Euwallacea similis were similar in morphology,they could be distinguished by the shape of pronotum,the declivity and the position of setae on the striae of declivity.
