摘要
本文通过研究厦门市体育运动学校在新时代人才培养现状,探索体校改革发展策略。厦门市体校主要从以下几个方面进行探索,精准提高体校发展质量:推进教学改革,发挥体校特色;携手教育部门,形成育才合力;建设高水平人才基地,实现规范化管理;构建复合型团队,推动科学训练水平;动员社会力量,补充体育人才队伍;改变粗放式训练模式,提升教练员执教能力。有针对性地提出了系统融合体校、中小学校及社会俱乐部,构建体育后备人才网络信息系统,优化体校文化教育资源,完善人才评价体系等建议。
Exploring the reform and development strategy of sports schools by studying the current situation of talent cultivation in Xiamen sports schools in the new era.The Xiamen sports school mainly carries on the exploration from the following aspects,the precision Enhancement Sports School Development Quality:advances the teaching reform,displays the sports school characteristic;We should build a compound team to promote the scientific training level,mobilize social forces to supplement the sports talent team,change the extensive training mode and improve the coaches’teaching ability.This paper puts forward some suggestions,such as integrating sports schools,primary and middle schools and social clubs,constructing sports reserve talents network information system,improving sports school culture and education resources,perfecting talents evaluation system.
