摘要
建立完善的建设工程监管体系,是社会主义市场经济的必然要求。我国已经形成了一套完备的建设工程监管体系。然而,我国建设工程监管体系与发达国家的建设工程监管体系仍然存在一定的差距。在我国积极促进建筑行业转型升级、推动建筑行业高质量发展的背景下,本文以典型发达国家英国为例,研究其建设工程监管体系中的监管机构、法律与标准体系,以期为我国建设工程监管与国际接轨提供参考。
The establishment of a sound construction project supervision system is the inevitable requirement of the socialist market economy. China has formed a complete construction supervision system. However, there is still a certain gap between project supervision system of China and developed countries. In the context of China’s active promotion of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, and the high-quality development of the construction industry, taking Britain, a typical developed country, as an example, this paper studies the regulatory agencies, laws and standards in its construction engineering supervision system, so as to provide reference for China’s construction engineering supervision and international standards.
