摘要
为了优化磨削钛合金表面质量,采用对比试验,通过控制磨削深度、砂轮转速和工件进给速度三个变量,开展了CBN砂轮与白刚玉砂轮在相同条件下加工钛合金TC6的研究.实验表明,与白刚玉砂轮相比,CBN砂轮的加工过程更加平稳,且磨削力比(F_(n)/F_(t))更小;加工表面划痕和堆积较少,完整性更好;表面粗糙度更小,且随着磨削深度的增大,此现象更为明显.
In order to opitmize the surface quality of grinding titanium alloys,a comparative experiment is done to study the processing of titanium alloy TC6 with CBN grinding wheels and white corundum grinding wheels under the same conditions by controlling the three variables of grinding depth,grinding wheel speed and workpiece feed rate.The experiments show that,compared with white corundum grinding wheel,the machining process of CBN grinding wheel is more stable,and the grinding force and grinding force ratio(Fn/Ft)are smaller;the surface scratches and accumuilation are less,and the machined surface integrity is better.the surface roughness is smaller,and this phenomenon is more obvious with the increase of grinding depth.
