摘要
目的 分析结直肠癌患者腹腔镜术后发生排尿功能障碍的影响因素。方法 收集2019年2月至2020年12月在我院行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后发生排尿功能障碍的43例患者的临床资料,纳入发生组;另收集同期在我院行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后未发生排尿功能障碍的43例患者的临床资料,纳入未发生组。采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析探讨结直肠癌患者腹腔镜术后发生排尿功能障碍的影响因素。结果 两组的性别、手术方式、合并糖尿病占比比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,男性、直肠前切除术联合腹会阴切除术、合并糖尿病是结直肠癌患者腹腔镜术后发生排尿功能障碍的危险因素(OR>1, P<0.05)。结论 男性、直肠前切除术联合腹会阴切除术、合并糖尿病是结直肠癌患者腹腔镜术后发生排尿功能障碍的独立影响因素,临床可据此实施针对性干预措施,以有效降低腹腔镜术后排尿功能障碍发生风险。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors for the occurrence of urinary dysfunction after laparoscopic surgery in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 43 patients with urinary dysfunction after laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital from February 2019 to December 2020 were collected and included in the occurrence group;The clinical data of 43patients without urinary dysfunction after laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital at the same period were collected and included in the non-occurrence group. Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors for the occurrence of urinary dysfunction after laparoscopic surgery in patients with colorectal cancer. Results There were significant differences in gender, surgical methods, and proportion of diabetes between the two groups(P <0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that male, anterior rectal resection combined with abdominoperineal resection, and complication of diabetes were the risk factors for the occurrence of urinary dysfunction after laparoscopic surgery in patients with colorectal cancer. Conclusions Male,anterior rectal resection combined with abdominoperineectomy, and complication of diabetes are the independent influencing factors for the occurrence of urinary dysfunction after laparoscopic surgery in patients with colorectal cancer. Clinical intervention measures can be implemented accordingly to effectively reduce the occurrence risk of urinary dysfunction after laparoscopic surgery.
