摘要
目的 比较左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)与地屈孕酮治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血(AUB)患者的效果和安全性。方法 选取2019年8月至2020年8月我院收治的围绝经期AUB患者82例,随机分为两组各41例。对照组给予地屈孕酮治疗,观察组给予LNG-IUS治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、性激素水平及不良反应。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的E2、 LH、 FSH水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 与地屈孕酮相比,LNG-IUS治疗围绝经期AUB患者能够更好地调节性激素水平,止血效果显著,且不会增加不良反应。
Objective To explore the effects and safety of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system(LNG-IUS) and dydrogesterone in the treatment of patients with perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB). Methods 82 patients with perimenopausal AUB admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone, and the observation group was treated with LNG-IUS. The clinical efficacy, sex hormone levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of E2, LH and FSH in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Compared with dydrogesterone, LNG-IUS in the treatment of patients with perimenopausal AUB can better regulate the levels of sex hormones, which has significant hemostatic effect, and does not increase adverse reactions.
