摘要 介绍了一种用于电子对抗领域的多功能综合射频系统的设计,包含射频接收、发射、时钟及本振系统等。该系统从顶层设计出发,采用通用化模块、可重构、开放式的射频体系架构,具备低噪声模式和常规模式、多种中频带宽、单频数字波束形成(DBF)接收、多频模拟波束形成(ABF)接收/干涉仪接收及多频发射等功能,通过软件设置不同工作模式,可以实现对雷达、通讯/数据链/敌我识别等多种信号的侦察接收和电子攻击。 This paper introduces a design of multi-functional integrated radio frequency(RF)system applied to electronic countermeasure domain,which includes RF receiving,transmitting,clock and local oscillator system,etc.Starting from the top-level design,the system uses general module,re-configurable and open RF architecture,and has the functions of low-noise mode and conventional mode,multiple intermediate frequency bandwidth,single frequency digital beam forming(DBF)receiving,multi-frequency analog beam forming(ABF)receiving/interferometer receiving and multi-frequency transmitting,etc.Different working modes are set through software,then the reconnaissance,receiving and electronic attack to multiple types of signals such as radar,communication/data link/identification friend or foe(IFF),etc.are realized.
