摘要
新能源汽车发展至今,市场占有率越来越高,根据研究表明到2030年,新能源汽车的新车销售占比将达到50%。新能源汽车有别于传统汽车驱动形式、能源储存模式,对其故障进行处理时,所需要的技能与理论知识有别于传统燃油汽车。本文将围绕对新能源汽车“无法上高压电”和“充电异常”两大类故障进行剖析。文章以吉利帝豪EV300/2017款为例,涉及车辆整车控制器(VCU)、整车局域网络(CAN)、高压电互锁系统等控制机理。通过示波器、诊断仪结合整车电路图对故障机理进行分析,并提供故障处理办法。
So far with the development of new energy vehicles,the market share is getting higher and higher.According to research,by 2030,new energy vehicle sales will account for 50%.New energy vehicles are different from traditional vehicle driving form and energy storage mode,and the skills and theoretical knowledge needed to deal with their faults are different from traditional fuel vehicles.This paper will focus on the new energy vehicle which“can not be on the high voltage”and“abnormal charging”two kinds of fault analysis.In this paper,Geely Emgrand EV300/2017 model is taken as an example,involving vehicle controller(VCU),vehicle local area network(CAN),high voltage interlocking system and other control mechanisms.The fault mechanism is analyzed by oscilloscope,diagnostic instrument and vehicle circuit diagram,and the fault treatment method is provided.
