摘要
职业生涯规划是帮助大学生就业的重要工具,大学生真正理解职业规划的意义和作用、学会对自己的职业发展路径进行有效规划并实施,不仅对树立正确就业观及提升就业竞争力具有关键作用,还能通过规划来调节就业结构性不平衡来导致的就业难问题。本研究从项目管理思维的角度入手,针对大学生在面对职业生涯规划中存在的问题,分析探究项目管理思维在职业生涯规划主要环节中的运用方式,以期充分发挥大学生职业生涯规划在就业指导中的实效性作用。
Career planning is an important tool to help university students’ employment,college students truly understand the significance and role of career planning,to learn about their career development path for effective planning and implementation,not only to set up correct greatly and improve employment competitiveness is critical,can also cause by planning to regulate employment structural imbalance of difficult employment problem.From the perspective of project management thinking,aiming at the problems that college students face in career planning,this paper analyzes and explores the application methods of project management thinking in the main links of career planning,in order to give full play to the practical role of college students’ career planning in career guidance.
