摘要
目的 了解结直肠组织POU5F1B表达水平与结直肠肿瘤患者临床病理特征及预后的相关性。方法 收集2017年1月-2021年8月台州市第一人民医院收治的结直肠癌患者143例,采用RT-PCR方法检测癌组织及癌旁正常组织的POU5F1B表达情况。结果 POU5F1B在癌组织中显著高于癌旁正常组织(t=4.380,P=0.000);POU5F1B的表达与结直肠癌组织中M分期有关(P <0.05);POU5F1B高水平表达患者生存率低于POU5F1B低水平表达患者(P <0.05);二元Logistic回归分析显示死亡组与生存组POU5F1B表达水平差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);Pearson分析相关性显示结直肠癌患者死亡与POU5F1B表达呈正相关(r=0.462,P=0.000)。结论 结直肠癌患者肿瘤组织POU5F1B表达高于癌旁正常组织,肿瘤转移患者POU5F1B表达水平与患者转移和死亡具有相关性,临床可用POU5F1B表达水平评估患者的病情程度并预测预后。
Objective To investigate the P0U5F1B level of colorectal tissues and its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis for patients with colorectal tumors.Methods A total of 143 patients with colorectal cancer-admitted to First People’s Hospital of Taizhou from January,2017 to August,2021 were collected,and the POU5F1B levels were detected in the cancer tissues and normal tissues by RT-PCR.Results The level of POU5F1B in cancer tissues was significantly higher than normal tissues adjacent to cancer(t=4.380,P=0.000).The POU5F1B level is related to M staging in colorectal cancer tissues(P<0.05).The survival rate of patients with high POU5FXB expression was lower than that of patients with low POU5FIB expression(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis presented that the difference in POU5F1B expression between the death group and the survival group was statistically significant(P=0.000).Pearson analysis showed that the death of patients with colorectal cancer was positively correlated with the expression of POU5F1B(r=0.462,P=0.000).Conclusion The level of POU5F1B in tumor tissues of patients with colorectal cancer is higher than that in normal tissues adjacent to cancer.The level of POU5F1B in patients with tumor metastasis is higher than that in patients without metastasis.The high level of P0U5F1B is related to the death of the patients.The clinical level of POU5F1B can be used to evaluate the patient’s condition degree and predict the prognosis.
