摘要
订单式培养也叫人才定做,针对应用型大学在订单式培养中企业参与不够、积极性不高的问题,需要高校与行业研究院和企业一起确定行业企业对订单知识、能力、质量、数量的需求,制定培养目标,确定教学思路,从转变教学理念、优化专业结构、改革培养方案以及建立形成性评价机制等方面进行适合本校学生的培养模式。鼓励企业和学生双方的参与热情,使学生在走上工作岗位前掌握行业企业所需的理论知识和实践能力,能更快适应工作岗位。
Order-made training is also called talent customization.In order to solve the problems of enterprises’insufficient participation and low enthusiasm in the order-made cultivation of applied universities,colleges and universities,together with industrial research institutes and enterprises,it is needed to determine the demands of industrial enterprises on knowledge,ability,quality and quantity,formulate training objectives and determine teaching ideas.We should change the teaching idea,optimize the specialty structure,reform the training scheme and establish the formative evaluation mechanism to make the training mode suitable for our students.We encouraged the participation of enterprises and students enthusiasm,caused the students to master the theoretical knowledge and practical ability which was required by the industry and enterprises before going to work,so that they can adapt to the job position faster.
