摘要
通过使用简易的气相色谱仪设计内容丰富的气相色谱综合实验。采用内标法对芳香族混合物中的组分进行了分离分析。通过本次实验,使学生在较短的时间之内,学习掌握色谱法实验条件的选择、色谱定性分析、校正因子的测定和内标法测定混合液中某组分质量百分含量等方面的基本知识和技能,为学生充分利用现有实验条件巩固深化理论知识及其实际运用提供条件。
Using a simple gas chromatograph, a rich comprehensive experiment on gas chromatography, separation and analysis of components in the aromatic compounds by internal standard method was designed.Through this experiment, the students learned the basic knowledge and skills for the selection of experimental conditions, qualitative analysisfor chromatography, determination of correction factor and used the internal standard method to determine mass percentage of each component in mixture in a short time.It provided conditions for students to make full use of the existing experimental conditions to consolidate and deepen theoretical knowledge and its practical application.
