摘要
产业发展是脱贫的根本之策,脱困山区是乡村产业振兴的重点区域,特色种植产业竞争优势及其实现是脱贫山区乡村产业振兴的逻辑起点。以湖北省恩施自治州为例对其规模优势和效率优势进行实证分析,结果表明:脱困山区特色种植产业缺乏效率优势,效率优势指数处于递减状态,其产业发展依然处于以资源优势为基础的规模扩张模式之中。以效率优势为准则,转变产业发展观念,扩大效率优势项目规模,采取切实措施提高产品竞争力是脱贫山区特色种植产业振兴的路径选择。
Industry development is the root of poverty elimination. Mountain areas are key areas of rural industry revitalization. The competitive advantage of the characteristic planting industry and its realization are the logical start point for the revitalization of rural industries in poverty-relieving mountain areas. To analyze scale advantages and efficiency advantages of Enshi, it suggests a lack of efficiency advantage which is descending in characteristic planting industry which is still in the developing mode of scale expansion based on Enshi’s resource advantages. Based on efficiency priority, it is suggested that we should change the developing idea, expand on the basis of efficiency advantages, and take practical measures to improve product competitiveness.
