分离式三维隔震核岛动力响应与抗震性能研究

摘要 核电是碳达峰目标下我国重要能源构成,隔震为核电厂选址拓展提供了技术支撑。研究基于分离式三维隔震核岛结构双质点简化分析模型,给出平摆耦合作用下分离式隔震核岛动力平衡方程,并分析竖向、水平隔震层刚度比对结构动力特性的影响规律。依据某核岛结构进行了分离式三维隔震设计,分别进行了传统核岛(TRA)、水平隔震核岛(HISO)、分离式三维隔震核岛(3DISO)三类结构在水平0.3g、0.6g,竖向0.2g、0.4g下动力时程分析。结果表明,HISO结构与3DISO结构均能有效降低核岛上部水平地震响应,在地震输入下核岛水平向加速度减震效果良好,且结构反应谱卓越周期由短周期区域向长周期区域移动。短周期区域内,3DISO结构水平向0.6g作用下顶部加速度谱包络在TRA结构0.3g内,竖向0.4g作用下顶部加速度谱包络在TRA结构0.2g内,分离式三维隔震设计能够实现核岛三维减震目标。 Nuclear power is an important energy component in China under the goal of carbon peak, and seismic isolation provides technical support for the expansion of nuclear power plants. The research is based on the simplified analysis model of the double-particles of the separated three-dimensional seismic isolation nuclear island structure. The dynamic balance equation of the separated seismic isolation nuclear island under the coupling action of horizontal and pendulum is given, and the effect of the stiffness ratio of the vertical and horizontal seismic isolation layer on the structure dynamics characteristics is analyzed. Based on a certain nuclear island structure, a separate three-dimensional seismic isolation design is conducted, and the dynamic time history analyses of the three types of structures: traditional nuclear island(TRA), horizontal seismic isolation nuclear island(HISO), separated three-dimensional seismic isolation nuclear island(3 DISO) were carried out at a level of 0.3g, 0.6g, vertical 0.2g, 0.4g. The results show that both the HISO structure and the 3 DISO structure can effectively reduce the horizontal seismic response of the upper part of the nuclear island. Under seismic input, the nuclear island has a good horizontal acceleration and damping effect, and the remarkable period of the structure response spectrum shifts from the short-period area to the long-period area. In the short period area, the top acceleration spectrum envelope of the 3 DISO structure under the action of 0.6 g horizontally is within 0.3 g of the TRA structure, and the top acceleration spectrum envelope under the action of 0.4 g vertically is within 0.2 g of the TRA structure. The separated three-dimensional seismic isolation design can achieve the goal of three-dimensional shock absorption for nuclear island.
