摘要
煤矿用乳化液泵、阀的许多部件经过更换易损件是可以反复利用的,但是在实际煤矿开采过程中,由于螺纹联接部位的粘扣现象,这些设备使用寿命大大缩短,螺纹联接强度大大下降,甚至出现安全事故,给煤矿带来巨大的经济损失。通过对粘扣件的统计与机理分析,提出了相应的防粘扣措施,经试验验证,取得了一定的效果,为用户和厂家提供了参考。
Many parts of emulsion pump and valve used in coal mine can be reused after replacing the fragile parts. But in actually coal mining process, due to the sticking phenomenon of thread connection parts, the service life of these equipments are greatly shortened, and strength of thread connection are greatly reduced, even accidents occures, which brings huge economic losses to coal mine. Through the statistical mechanism analyse of the sticking parts, proposed the corresponding anti-sticking measures.Obtained some results after test verification, which provides the reference for the users and manufacturers.
