摘要
档案信息化是企业数字化转型发展的一项重要基础性工程,可为各业务流程电子数据归档提供基础性保障。本文是在制造业企业档案信息化建设实践的基础上,通过分析国内外档案管理的内外部环境,总结了档案信息化建设过程的经验,提出一套具有企业特有的档案信息建设的方法及策略,对实施档案信息化建设管理具有一定的参考价值。
Archives informatization is an important basic project for the digital transformation and development of enterprises, which can provide basic guarantee for the electronic data archiving of various business processes. Based on the practice of archives informatization in manufacturing enterprises, the paper analyzes the internal and external environment of archives management, summarizes the experience of archives informationization, and puts forward a set of enterprise specific methods and strategies, which provides reference for the implementation of archives informatization management.
